We offer free standard ground shipping to anywhere in the continental USA for orders over $89.00 (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). More importantly, though, we want your online shipping experience with us to be excellent - and part of that excellent experience is making sure your items arrive correctly, on-time, and in great condition. Items ship from our warehouses in Michigan and we are experts at shipping fragile items. We ship more than 7000 items each month & we maintain one of the highest fragile shipment success rates in the United States. We use a variety of means available including bubble wrap, newsprint, packing peanuts and soft foam to ensure your package arrives in perfect condition.
How Are Items Shipped
Ground shipments may be shipped by a variety of means including the United States Postal Service or UPS. Expedited shipments utilize the United States Postal Service Priority Mail or other Carrier 3-Day select services. Items shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped by the United States Postal Service and normally show longer lead times than the averages shown at checkout. Shipments to Canada utilize the United States Postal Service and UPS. International Air Mail shipments outside of North America utilize the United States Postal Service. All quoted times are estimates for transit only - these estimates do not include product-specific processing times. Product-specific processing times are found on the individual product pages and vary by product and finish. Most orders are shipped within two to three business days unless otherwise posted.
Shipping Charges
The precise Shipping & Handling charge depends upon the total purchase price. Below is a chart outlining our shipping and handling charges for ground shipping only to the United States (not including Alaska, Hawaii or Territories such as Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands). International, Priority mail and Overnight shipping services require additional charges.

We ship our items Worldwide; however, the online shipping system is only valid for shipments to the United States and its Territories, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. If you wish to have items shipped to other countries, please contact us for details.
