VICTORIAN BRASS COLLECTION

Note: This collection comes as an un-lacquered brass finish. Without a lacquer coating, polished brass will naturally patina over time. We can apply a high-strength lacquer coating to each of the pieces - this is an option for this collection. Not all of the items are made at the exact same time, so while the pieces in the collection may not have the exact same color in the first few weeks, over time they will all patina to the same desired vintage appearance.

This sophisticated style of cabinet hardware utilizes the Victorian style once popular in the mid-to-late 19th century. Victorian refers to the reign of Queen Victoria (1837–1901), called the Victorian era, during which period the styles known as Victorian were used in construction. However, many elements of what is typically termed "Victorian" architecture did not become popular until later in Victoria's reign. The styles often included interpretations and eclectic revivals of historic styles mixed with the introduction of middle east and Asian influences. This collection highlights a vast array of hardware that resembles pieces from the Victorian era. With a variety of finishes and styles, you are sure to find a style that fits your needs.
