Made for modern doors - the Georgian Period is called the Golden Age of Architecture, and that is what comes to mind when looking at the door knobs that measure 2 inches in diameter and have a projection of 2 3/8" (60 mm) from the base of the glass door knobs to the edge of the glass door knobs and the roping on the 2 1/2 inch (63 mm) rosette. The late-Georgian era inspired functioning knob with a 2 1/8 inch (54 mm) projection and solid brass construction speaks volumes about the importance of small details. The dummy door knob is a fixed knob with double rosettes and is commonly used on French-style or bi-fold doors. While the model shown has an antique brass finish, it is also available in polished brass, oil rubbed bronze, polished chrome, and brushed nickel finishes. Functional door knobs come with a standard 2 3/8 inch back set latch, or you can request a 2 3/4 inch back set at no extra charge.
