We strive to process all of our stock items within one or two business days. However, quoted shipping times do not include product-specific processing times and we cannot guarantee shipping estimates provided to us by various carriers. Processing times are product specific and the exact times are shown on the product pages. Special finishes can take longer. LookInTheAttic & Company utilizes a variety of shipping methods including the United States Postal Service and UPS. We ship items via Ground (UPS Ground or First Class Mail), Expedited Mail, Priority Mail and Overnight. Please refer to our section on Shipping Charges for more detailed information. Orders shipping to remote locations, including but not limited to Alaska and Hawaii, can take significantly longer to arrive.
Occasionally popular items ordered online will go out of stock. When this happens, we will let you know as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours) and give you the option of canceling all or part of your order, or placing the out-of-stock items on back-order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, AMEX Optima, JCB Card, Discover, Personal Checks or Money Orders. Both Credit and Debit cards may be used for all online purchases. To place an order using a personal check or money order, email firstname.lastname@example.org Monday through Friday from 9:30 am – 5:30 pm Eastern Time. Personal checks may be held for up to 5 business days prior to shipping.
Our Secure Shopping Cart
When you find an item you wish to purchase, simply click the "Add to Cart" button located on each product page. Once you have completed adding all the items you wish to purchase, you may then proceed to the online checkout process. You may also view the items that are in your shopping cart by clicking on the "shopping cart" button on the top of the page.
The shopping cart keeps your items in it until you remove them. To remove any item in the cart, it may be removed from the "View Cart" screen by clicking on the 'remove from cart' text next to the item.
To check out - you need only click on the red "Checkout" button. You will be able to enter your shipping information, check shipping costs and review all information before sending the order. Once the order is placed, you'll be able to check your order status online, track shipments and more. Your order will only be placed when you've clicked on the "Send Order" button and an order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you immediately after placing your order.
We ship Worldwide. Shipping is Free for any domestic USA order over $149.00 (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Territories). We strive to ship all of our items within one to two business days. For orders under $149.00, please refer to our Shipping Charges section for further details.
We ship our items Worldwide; however, the online shipping system is only valid for shipments to the United States and its Territories, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Ireland. International shipping options include our costs to clear the United States Customs but may not include other taxes and duties that are destination-specific and may apply.
